This page describes our approach to IT consultancy and the software elements with which we are most comfortable.

The Process

When a customer contacts us we ask them to outline in as much detail as possible the challenges that need to be addressed. This document is the "brief" from the customer.

A discussion is opened which scopes the challenges and aims to put together ideas about possible design approaches that incorporate ideas about important business and technology elements. The result is a document which we produce and we call the "pitch".

The "pitch" describes detailed deliverables and resource considerations for the next step and, in less detail, the same for possible future steps.
