Venues for London sounds
Ringing in the ears is a bad sign check the facts on the RNID website. There is no ignominy in ear plugs. WhyWaitForever - London - Health has links to chemists who sell these magnificent items. I learnt this trick in my youth pogo-ing next to the speakers in the first punk band era. Every one is different. My ears were a tad too sensitive.
