WhyWaitForever - London - Gloomy Kensington Gardens

These pictures were taken in Kensington Gardens on a rainy early July day. WhyWaitForever - London - Sights for London sights and the Royal Parks.

Our walk started at the Queensway station. We looped around the Diana, Pricess of Wales memorial walk. A young tourist in a broken accent asked the way to Kensington Palace. We pointed and wished her well. We walked on. The walk ended sadly at Lancaster Gate Tube.

There are times when the mood of the Gardens change. A darker more melancholy mood can snatch the spark and quench it. Lone joggers disappear into the distance and reappear through the lines of trees.
